CANCELLATION
If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the paid deposit will be forfeited. This amount is non‑refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment. Cancelling on the day of your appointment or failing to attend will result in being charged the FULL price of the SERVICE.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling is possible if you contact me at least 48 hours before your original appointment time. Due to limited availability, your new appointment may need to be scheduled for a significantly later date.
